Cranberry Orange Whisky Sour
3 Oz Bulleit Frontier Whiskey
1 Oz Cranberry Juice
1 Oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
1.5 Oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
0.75 Oz Simple Syrup
Fresh cranberries for garnish
Crushed ice
Sugar, to rim the glass
Sprig of thyme for garnish
Instructions:
1. For the rim, place a good amount of sugar on a small plate, wet the rim of a lowball glass
with lemon juice, then dip the rim into the sugar to coat.
2. Fill the lowball glass with crushed ice, and set aside to cool.
3. Add the whisky, cranberry juice, orange juice, lemon juice and simple syrup into an ice-filled
cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until chilled.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared glass, and garnish with fresh cranberries and thyme
before serving.
PS. Adding egg whites is a nice addition, or try floating cranberry juice or a fruity red wine!

~Whoville’s Spiced Up Christmas Margarita (with mocktail variation)
1⁄3 C Pomegranate Juice
1⁄4 C Tangerine or Orange Juice
2 Oz Tequila
1⁄2 Oz Orange Liquor
1⁄4 t Vanilla
1⁄8 t Cinnamon
1⁄8 t Ground Ginger
1 Pinch Cayenne
1 Sprig Rosemary
Ginger Beer
~Cinnamon Sugar Rim
1 T Coarse Sugar
1 T White Sugar
1⁄2 t Cinnamon
1 Pinch Cayenne
~For Garnish
Pomegranate Seeds
Cinnamon Stick
Rosemary Sprig
Instructions
1. On a small plate, mix the two sugars, cinnamon, and cayenne. Rim your glass with
orange or tangerine juice. Then dip the glass in the sugar mix.
2. Fill the glass with ice.
3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the pomegranate juice, orange juice, tequila, orange
liquor, honey (if using), vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne, and rosemary. Shake
vigorously to combine. Then add ice to the shaker and shake for 1 more minute.
4. Pour into your prepared glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with pomegranate
seeds, cinnamon stick, and a rosemary sprig.
