Corn on the Cob Made in a Cooler

Ingredients:

However many corn cobs you want!

A cooler, big enough to hold however much corn you have

Boiling water

Butter

Directions:

Remove husks and silk from corn. Place all the corn in a clean cooler.

Set a big pot of water to boil. Or you can use a kettle. Working in batches is fine too. Cover corn with boiling water and close the ice chest. Set a timer for 30 minutes. After that you will have perfectly cooked corn that will stay warm in the cooler for a long time. Serve with butter.

Hot Tip: if you melt the butter and put it in a squeezable plastic bottle, your guests will be able to quickly put butter on their corn.
